Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched every weekday within 0–3 business days.

Typical delivery time from our Helsinki / EU warehouse is 0–5 business days, depending on location. While delivery times are determined by the carrier and may vary due to season, demand, location, weather, or other force majeure reasons, statistically most our shipments arrive within 2 days.

Estimated delivery times for each shipping method are shown at checkout, as provided by the respective delivery companies.

Cases where time estimates are not accurate:

1. Customized Products
Made-to-order items usually deliver within 1–3 weeks. Shipping costs depend on delivery method, additional services, and order size/weight, and are shown before final confirmation. The checkout estimate does not apply until customized products are produced.

2. Pre-Ordered Products
Pre-orders follow the delivery estimate stated on each product page. The checkout estimate does not apply until products are in stock.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged, notify our store within 14 days. Damage during transit must be reported to the delivery company immediately.
